1. Proprietary Rights: All code, algorithms, visual media, brand trademarks, and documentation published under the XPlus Nexus parent organization remain the exclusive intellectual property of XPlus Nexus and its affiliates.

2. Acceptable Use: You agree not to reverse engineer, disrupt, or execute malicious probing, automated scraping, or denial of service against any XPlus Nexus infrastructure or API endpoints.

3. Pre-Release Disclaimers: Product previews marked "Coming Soon", "Stay Tuned", or "In Alpha" represent active technological research and are provided on an experimental basis.
